Hi All, I have studied a whole bunch of different countries and would be willing to relocate to any one of the following: AUS, NZ, IRE, USA, UK, or CAN. I have 4 daughters and live in fear for their safety. Also, I don't see much of a future for a minority group here. Most jobs are advertised as Affirmative Action positions. This basically means they are prejudice against race. I firmly believe in equal opportunity, not favouring any particular group because of something that may have happened generations ago.

Well, I work in a Crude Oil Refinery, Been here for 16 years… Been promised a promotion 6 years ago… Trade Certificate in Industrial Instrumentation and process Control… 12 years in IT (Problem solving, EDI, systems development, Intranet, SQL, Oracle… and a whole bunch more)

I think the major problem here is that I don’t have a University degree. I’m 40 years of age, so I need to make the move ASAP….

Any Advice?
