I'm looking to move to Dubai soon, but am finding it difficult finding work via the websites, I work in Human Resources and have 8 years experience, could anyone with some information or advise help. I'll greatly appreciate any information cause I dont know anyone in dubai.

Thanks for getting back synthia, unfortunately no one is able to help I haven't had responses so am not sure if everyone migrating to dubai has found work before leaving or not. what's you're experience

Funny, I thought I saw a response. I've worked in South Africa and in Japan, both quite a while ago. I'm retired and traveling, looking for a retirement home. I've known a couple of people who got jobs in Dubai, in advance, but they were specialists, a flight instructor and a nurse.

I just checked, and someone did suggest some papers for you to look at. Check the copied thread in the Dubai forum, under the By Country section. I copied the thread, but subsequent posts only show up in the forum where they are made.

Hay, its taken me about 20 minutes to finally work this website but i think ive got there (nearlly), anyway, im looking at moving to Dubai to work as a QS. I have a job lined up with accomodation and car included within the package however im a little nervous about what to expect and looking through the internet i cant really find out the true picture.

Can someone tell me what i can expect and would it be suitable for a person like me.
