Default Hong Kong housing for newly expat

I've got a 2 room apartment located at lyndhurst terence (central hk), looking for someone to take over. It is still under 1 yr contract till june 2008. Its fully furnished (TV, fridge, bed and sofa) and its ideal for new expat who is coming over to hk for work. Fuss free and ready to move in. Interested party can even take over my broadband acct and cable TV. This will save a lot of setup fee and time.

Due to personal reasons, I have to return to my country asap. So hoping to get someone to take over the place.

The rent is highly resonable compared to the rest who r in the same area. My neighbour is paying 2k more than me. Extremely good location, 5mins walk to MTR and to IFC.

Hey Kyle,

I will move to HK at the end of January from the U.S., and I am very interested in know more about your apartment. Got some questions for you. How big of a place is it? How much are you currently paying for rent? Do you have some pics that you can show? Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks,

HP

Hi,

I just arrived HK two weeks ago and looking for an apt to rent. My office is located in Wan Chai. Could you please advise the rental for your apt? If it fits my budget I would be keen to view the place.

Many thanks,
Diana
