To cut a long story short, in Athens/Southern Greece:
souvlaki\σουβλάκι

kalamaki\καλαμάκι

sandwich\σάντουιτς



but in Thessaloniki/North
souvlaki\σουβλάκι

kalamaki\καλαμάκι

sandwich\σάντουιτς
