Arrow Countries offering "easy" work visa/immigration with great salary.

Which countries are offering more benefits and also easy to get Visa. Not that requires employer offer (no strings attached). Just plain and easy to get Visa.

I doubt any are in this current economic situation. Most countries seem to be making work visas more difficult as most countries seem to have high unemployment

Most European countries are in an economic dip and foreign workers who have no rights (unlike EU citizens within EEA) have to jump through hoops to get a work visa.
It's relatively easy where there is a shortage of skills, or where harsh working environment makes it a less desirable location. The Middle East comes to mind, and certain developing countries, but pay and condition are likely to be poor in the Third World, unless you are on an expact package (such as oil workers in Nigeria).
