Default Thailand Property Help

Hi everyone,

I am an ex-pat living in Thailand.

If anyone is interested in property here I would be happy to help them out with information or even find the properties for you. I have direct contacts from all over the country with sellers whether its a beachfront home or a mountain retreat.

Send me a message with any questions or requests.

All the best.

Hi there & welcome

In what capacity can you give advice then please?
As an agent
Or a legal advisor?

Hi, thanks for the welcome.

For those searching for investment or a holiday property, I can act as an agent.

While I am not a lawyer, I have worked in property here for some time and can offer advise on legal questions too if needed.

Ahhh, sorry Colin but I think my answer was quite clear.

Any questions on legal matters I can use my understanding to try to help. There are also many web sites which offer advice on Thai Laws and purchasing property.

Anyone wanting to invest here in Thailand, I can find you what you are looking for.

Simple as that.

Regards all

"Simple as that?"" Practically nothing to do with property purchase is 'Simple' in Thailand, even legal pundits get baffled at times , there is a common , well known rule of thumb in Thailand 'Invest only that which you can afford to lose or walk away from'. It is illegal as a foriegner to purchase property other than condos in Thailand , and even that can have the ground quiver beneeth your feet.To put it simply for the unwary or casual purchasers , millions of dollars have been lost in Thai property ventures no matter which of the 'This is the only way to do it ' prophesies have been used . Ah yes , there are numerous success stories , but they are as much from luck as fore-sight or planning .Many lives have also ended in some of these ventures due to the fact that if you cannot get scammed one way , there is always an alternative . There are many web sites that cover these facts also , not ficticious , not heresay , not some drunks beer crying tale , but facts , sir , facts .

Islandman, just as a reminder though to bear in mind, it is against the posting rules to procure or solicit for business on here. Many thanks for your cooperation
