Thinking of moving to oz

Hi can anyone give me advice or point me in direction my wife and three kids 9yrs 7yrs and 17 mths are looking at leaving the UK and moving to australia i am a serving police officer in UK and i am looking at joining Western Australia Police they are recruiting in a couple of weeks.
Its abig step with young kids but quality of live here is poor and getting wose i think with Brown in power. Any advice would be wonderful many thanks darren.

I think the younger kids are, the easier it is to move. Kids adapt so quickly.
