HI everyone am new to this site and am looking for some advice I bought an apartment in bulgaria. I got an agent and lawyer. i have payed the deposit and first installment which ok. now it is time to pay the seconed installment but am 800 hundred euro sort. the agent as email me asking if i can confrim that i have sent the second insatllment which i have not yet till i get it. all so in the contract it says if i miss a payment of one or more i will owe 02% a day will i have to pay that or will they give me a bit more time. AND i not know if i can say the agent am with as i would like to see if anyone as delt wiht the same agents any advice is welcome

Good move, but then of course you will be paying the bank interest instead. Best work out which is cheapest. If its the developer then I would go to them and explain the situation & tell them when you think you will have the money. I'm sure they dont want to lose the sale, but it might make them a little nervous that you are struggling over just €800 .... however I dont know the cost of the property in relation.

just phoned the bank and got the money. do you know if i can put the name of the agent on the forum as i want to see if any one as dealing with the same copany and are they good or bad plz let me know off to work now to get some money
