best countires to work as a Nurse

Hi everyone, Im a registered Nurse and im looking at the prospect of working overseas, i'm considering either Canada(any province), UK, or NZ.

Which amongst the three would you guys suggest is the best place for nurses to work, taking into account the salary, cost of living and faster nursing registration process?

The weather in Vancouver (BC) is more moderate than in most Canadian regions...if that is important to you.

weather is not a factor for me really. its more of the cost of living, the environment and activities i can engage in during my days off work.

You may want to add the USA to your list, as there are hospitals here in Pennsylvania that hired a dozen nurses from RP at a time. It would make it easier for you to become part of the USA plus there are Filipino-American societies that do all kinds of Pinoy things. You need to pass the international test and also an English speaking test, which the nurses told me was harder than the medical test. Best of luck in your search!!!
