Foreign hospital in Shanghai?
Hello Everybody!
I came to shanghai before some weeks. Since I am staying here for some more months, it would be helpful if anybody knows a good foreign doctor to go. (I am also interestet going to a dentalist....) It would be very nice if you would have some advice to me!

Hi, and welcome to the forum.
If you are looking for a doctor who speaks your language, you might try contacting your embassy or consulate in Shanghai. Some consulates compile lists of professionals who speak their language - certainly the US and UK consulates usually have lists of English speaking doctors, dentists, lawyers and even private investigators!  If you are in Shanghai for work, try asking your employer for doctors and hospitals they would recommend. Cheers, Bev

The Australian consulate is the one most likely to maintain a list of doctors and dentists. If they won't give you information because you aren't Australian, ask an Aussie to call. Also, check if there is an Adventist hospital there. They are always pretty good, and there will be English speaking doctors there.
