Well, thank you for the information. However it is tough to make a decision based on only the question. What can you tell us about the job, I know that I would really need some information before I spent too much time emailing someone over it.

Indonesia is one of the most beautiful, fascinating and culturally absorbing nations in the world. As the capital city, Jakarta is a gateway to the natural and human treasures found throughout the islands. Jakarta is a busy metropolis in a developing country, yet it is only a 60-90 minute boat ride to the Thousand Islands; a tranquil weekend getaway that’s a great place for diving and snorkeling with its vibrant coral reefs, or just to relax and sunbathe on the beaches. Jakarta itself has a lot to offer as well with all kind of restaurants where you can try cuisine from not just Indonesia but all over the world. EF English First is a world renowned language institution using its own teaching books and materials specifically developed for Asian students offering a complete teaching package for the teacher to work from. The schools in our group are located in central Jakarta, the outskirts of Jakarta and the neighboring city of Bogor. Each area is unique and has varying features that our teachers enjoy living and working in. From the quieter green suburban environment to the faster pace of convenience in the more urban areas, between the six schools there is an attraction for every professional teacher. All of the schools are equipped with the latest in teaching aids, materials and educational multi-media technology. As one of the largest groups of schools in Jakarta that continues to grow; we employ over 50 native speaking teachers. That is as maybe , but the contract looks enticing , at least on the face of it , hard to find one like that in Thailand . Cambodia has some good teaching opportunities if you have some qualifications , can earn $10.00 per hour if you know your stuff , with a high percentage of the population living on $2.00 a day or less , that is good money . Good apartment for $120.00 a month plus utilities , with cooking facilities , hard to beat that these days . Colin
