Default Do the tropics belong to blonds?

At the risk of setting myself up for a lot of blond jokes, I'm blond, and I've always thought of myself as a blond tropical person. You know blond on the beach, under a palm tree, sipping an umbrella drink. (That's really why I want to move to Singapore, I want weather to match my hair!) It occurred to me that that is a bit weird, since the native people of the tropics are dark, and the natives of the cold regions are blond. But still, blond to me means tropical!

Yep, we all belong in hot and sultry weather. And we are pretty much all blond, at least some of the time. In behavior if nothing else.

Well i am not blonde but I do belong in the tropics. It may be that blondes simply look better in the tropics, but that is up for debate as well.

The last natural blondes will die out within 200 years, scientists believe.
A study by experts in Germany suggests people with blonde hair are an endangered species and will become extinct by 2202.
So you better get a move on Blondie

try the Sahara.......... you'll love it

That's probably it, that blondes are seen as more attractive. Maybe it's the idea of sunbleached hair, too. A sort of association with blond hair and time in the sun.
