Default who wants to live in Paradise?

I am in negotiation of purchasing a small island in the South Pacific with the aim of starting a fresh new colony, far away from the stresses of politics, racism, war and all the other bureaucracy bull**** life seems to offer.
A community that has no peers, one where everybody is as equal as the next.
A family working together to achieve a brighter future... not only for ourselves, but for our children and our children's children's children.

As one we will create something beautiful..... A new dynasty to which we can be proud of..... One capable of showing the way to others.....a blue print for a new world!

With me as your Emperor (oh yeah... I forgot to mention that) we will build vast monuments to honour my greatness.... and in the evenings we will make merriment and BBQ beneath the stars.

Anybody interested.... or indeed have any questions?

Thanks for the offer Ricardo but I intend to own my island one day. I wasn't planning on being an Empress but it's an idea

Mine will also need internet access to pay to keep an eye on the investments that are paying for the island

Regards,
Karen

Marty Cia... Of course I am serious....in fact I have never been more so!
But I would of thought you may have known that if you had been a professional psychic medium of any worth? I'm not building a holiday camp for Charlatans you know!!!

What other skill sets to do you bring to the table apart form that special gift of talking to dead folk and making things up??

Now if you had said you were a professional solar energy engineer, or you had the skills to turn sea water into drinking water I could have been interested..... but Psychic Medium?????.... maybe you would be better off on KAZ101's island.............. You may even be able to create a psychic e-book between yourselves?

Firstly, not wanting to get into a petty argument - I wont dignify the word 'Charlatan' with a response. This reponse was highly upsetting and rude and I will be notifying the Mods regarding your manner on the Expat Forum.
I was only asking as I was intrigued.
Thank you anyway,
Marty Cia

No ....... I sent a personal message to Marty Cia explaining that you were posting in good humour as usual.

I'm afraid you haven't been made P.M yet although Gordon is looking a bit shakey
