Default Tv Documentary: Did Your Dream Trip Abroad Turn Into A Living Nightmare?

Did you or someone you know set off for a new life abroad or a trip of a lifetime, full of high hopes that you’d be living the dream - only for it to turn into a catastrophic nightmare? You ventured off in search of paradise, but then, it all went disastrously wrong. And just when you thought it couldn’t possibly get any worse, it was only the beginning of a chain of unbelievable events. You felt like you were thrown in some dramatic movie and your life was changed forever.

If you have an amazing survivor’s story to share like this, or know someone who has, we’d love to hear from you. This is your chance to tell your tale on a new documentary series which will air on network TV in the UK and on DISCOVERY channel in the US.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Survivor's stories about overcoming trials in life can not only be cautionary tales to others (with happy endings!), but also testament to the strength of the human spirit, and in this way - an inspiration to others.

And of course ...... Good television.

A story about moving to a new country, overcoming the challenges and tribulations, and making a success of it could also be described as an inspiration to others, showing it can be done with correct and thorough planning

Good luck

rachelf1 - Your entry sounds heartbreaking. Where are you living? Why can't you move on?

You might want to check with anyone who is running a division of an American company in Hong Kong or any of the high rent cities since the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2006 (quite a misnomer) created significantly higher tax liabilities for overseas Americans which was RETROACTIVE. This was signed into law with only 2 weeks from proposal to finished law in May, 2006.

Just a thought.
