Not sure if this is the correct thread to be posting in, but if not, please advise where I should post it!

I'm really looking for good quality advice from those in the know, and this site seemed perfect!!!

I'm looking to book a family holiday for 2 weeks at the end of July - we have 3 young kids - twins 6, and a little girl, 2. We're looking for the perfect resort and holiday. I've abandoned the main operators as my list of requirements simply didn't work with them. On that basis I've seen that Jet2 fly to Corfu & Rhodes from our local airport (and I'm sure there are flights to other places in Greece) so it makes sense to try and sort this out myself.

We love Greece, myself and wife travelled to a number of the islands prior to having the kids. Now they're a bit older, we want to return, but we're now a little 'out of the loop'. If any of you would consider trying to give us advice or answer our questions it would be greatly appreciated!

Resort: We would like a nice family resort with a nice beach - nothing 'downmarket' or full of drunks, but somewhere with plenty of tavernas, etc. (We loved Skiathos town and Ag Nik in Crete on previous holidays - so something similar would be great).

Location: Ideally I'd like to be able to hop in a taxi at the airport and find accommodation that was within walking distance of the resort centre, beach, etc. If need be, I could hire a car, but this is generally a bit of a hassle as we need 3 child seats, need to find the resort, etc.

Accommodation: This is where it all seems to go wrong... I have a number of requirements which don't match the what the travel companies want to sell us... They are:

2 bedroom apartment - 1 room with three single beds or 2 singles and 1 cot, and another room for us. (Sleeping on sofa beds for my 2 week holiday doesn't seem the best idea)

Nice pool

Internet access - this is a must. I will need to work when away and desperately need to access the internet. Ideally wi-fi would be great but not having this would be disastrous to the point that I'd have to fly home..

Air con - 'nuff said

Ground floor apartment or one with a decent balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon - the kids generally have a siesta on holiday and me and the missus like to get an hour or two outside the apartment door or on the terrace etc to catch some sun and relax.

Ideally a smaller friendly 'complex' or apartments would suit - one close to the shops, tavernas and beach. I can't bear the thought of being in a huge hotel miles from any resort and feeling 'stuck'...
