Default ESL Jobs in Dubai

Hi,

I am planning to move to Dubai soon with my husband. I am interested in Teaching English, anywhere really. What's the job prospect for ESL teachers? I have a bachelors degree (in engineering from Australia) and I did a CELTA. I don't need accomodation/ticket allowance/visa as my husband's job will be getting all that for me.

I just recently finished CELTA, so I don't have any expericence in ESL yet. But I did work in primary schools in the UK. What's the starting payrate for ESL teachers in dubai (without experience).

To the ESL teachers out there, how difficult is it to get a job? Any information will be appreciated.

Hi Tahm, welcome to the forum. We have a Dubai section further down, maybe post in there to get maximum exposure
