And it wasn't really all that we were expecting. So we are going to go back to them with what we think is fair. But before I do, I was hoping someone might offer some advice.

For instance, they have said they would provide full BUPA coverage. Is this enough or is there something more specific that we need to ask.

They have said they will provide a set amount per year for housing. But we have done some preliminary looking and it doesn't appear that with what they have offered, it will be enough to cover the cost of renting a "nice" apartment.

I am not interested in moving to Almaty. Of the two options, Belgrade sounds much better to me. So, I want to word somehow in our response, that we as a family would move to Belgrade and my husband could travel to Almaty for a period of time, then be home for a period of time. I think this is reasonable since they have said he should only have to be there for 6 months. I would think this would be fair. But having never done this, I have no idea what to ask for or not ask for. Like I have said in previous posts, I just don't want to overlook something very obvious (or even not so obvious) and it be too late to change.

Please offer any advice you believe would be helpful.
