Default Any info on the home job scenario in Texas!

Hi Everyone, I am planning to earn some extra income but currently I am working in a private firm and my schedule is very sticky over there. I would not want to skip my current job so taking that in consideration I have decided to make some extra money by working from home. So, I would like to know that how can I start working from home in Texas?

Where are you from originally?

Most work-at-home schemes are scams. Most people who work at home are either telecommuting or have started their own businesses, frequently on the internet.

Default check this out....

I have been setting up an internet business using these products, they are really good and comprehensive. Maybe you might be interested. The spinoffs from this kind of business are also very interesting and so far it seems to be reasonably recession proof. check out xxxxxxxxxx. Income starts slow but seems to compound pretty quickly...I'm new at it but am hoping to have a full time income within the next 6 months. Positvie thinking!! Good luck!

I think there are some scams out there but with some common sense you can see through them. There are lots of opportunities to bring in a supplemental income with affiliate marketing with reputable companies. It takes some time and effort to learn how to do it but I am starting to see some results. Beware of MLM since that it just another word for pyramid schemes but most consumer good companies have affiliate programs. It is not fast or easy money to begin with but with some diligence in the early months it can have a snowball effect.

By affiliate programs, do you mean programs like the ones run by companies like Amazon or HostelBookers and other companies, that give you a commission if someone uses a link on your website to get to theirs actually buys something? Yeah, those are work, but legitimate. I still see the 'address envelopes' work-at-home schemes, though. And if you are asked for money upfront, or to buy an inventory, beware.

Yes that is what I mean. Many companies, cosmetic companies, supplements, diet products, music, etc (even the car manufacturers!) have commission based affiliate programs. You don't buy anything you simply promote the products and the buyer purchases directly through the company.

I agree about any investment to purchase products (normally MLM schemes). An intelligent investment in some how-to products can be a good investment. When I am permitted I will post some links to some free and cheap tutorials you can get to help get started with internet marketing for anyone who might be interested. I am having a blast with it! Although it is not easy money. It requires a fairly big commitment but the things I am learning are amazing and I am pretty confident it will be worth it.
