if you are an Indian citizen you can work and live in Nepal without visa required and without work permit. Nepal is an open border with India. Nepalese citizen can freely move to India in search for jobs without any visa or work permit and this is vice versa. There are many Indian citizens here in Nepal and Indian Muslims have their own communities here in Pokhara and in Kathmandu etc.
