Default Anyone know a vet near Chartres France preferably English Speaking?

I am taking my dog to France in October on the pet passport scheme and need to find a vet near Chartres France who can give the tick and tapeworm treatment necessary before returning to UK. I will be staying in Chartres the day before we cross back to UK, so this will be perfect for the 24-48 hour window we need the treatment in.
Any suggestions?

The US consulate in Paris includes three English speaking veterinarians in their list of doctors: http://france.usembassy.gov/root/pdfs/paris-doctors.pdf (scroll down to near the end of the Paris section). I don't see any listed outside of Paris, though.

Based on experience, if you call a couple of the vets in the Chartres area, they may have a staff member available who speaks English - even if they don't respond to the consulate appeal for their listing of English speaking professionals.
Cheers,
Bev
