What's the problem?
If you've got an error message, or a persistent virus/adware the chances are that you're not the first person to ever see it and not understand how to make it go away. If you tap the code or name into Google or something you'll probably find a relevant thread in one of the IT forums.
If you can't, you can always sign up as a member and ask for advice yourself.
I've found majorgeeks.com very helpful in the past.
