Well, the college-lycee has a website Bienvenue au lycee Camille Saint-Saëns Rouen and if you search around a bit, you'll find information about the English section. It's all in French, however. They do list the textbooks used in the various classes.

From what I can tell, this appears to be the English section of a French public school. Normally, they have an admission process that is based on some combination of testing, interview and a review of the potential student's academic record. And normally, the curriculum is pretty close to the standard French curriculum, only with certain subjects taught in English. (The goal of these English sections is actually to give French students a chance to have a language immersion experience.)

If you're looking at getting your son in for the coming fall, it may well be too late, though you may want to try contacting the Académie Rouen. (This being the summer vacation period, you may have to wait until September to actually reach anyone there.)
Cheers,
Bev

Hi Bev,
Thank you for the information. Registration has already been done for the admission by my employer. Hope there would not be problem for getting admission.
At the same time, I would like to know, as a new comer, without knowing French language, how children of age 12 or more could face the new system. Are they getting any support from schools?
How is university level education, I mean, undergraduate courses. Do they follow French medium or English medium?
Kindly give me some information about French education in comparing with North American education level.
Thanks,
Hari

I imagine someone could write volumes on the differences between French education and North American educational systems. What I know of the French system is all hearsay, as I have no kids here of my own.

It's not quite the comparison you're looking for, but Eurydice publishes a fairly comprehensive review of the educational systems in each of the European member states - http://www.eurydice.org/ressources/E.../047_FR_EN.pdf
Cheers,
Bev
