Wanted Property to Rent in France

Hi

We are wanting to rent out our house long-term (for 12 to 18 months) from early December 2008 as we're going back to NZ for a while. It's a great old stone house dating from 1720, fully furnished, with three bedrooms, a mezzanine, a balcony with a view on the valley and on the other side a terrace with a view on the cherry trees. We have a well in the house and another in the garden and are located in Ardèche 10 kms from Aubenas and five minutes from a river with a swimming hole and water fall.

The property we have to rent is a cottage/ 2 bedroomed and we have grazing land, stables and a menage. and is available at the end of this month [october 08]. If you are still interested don't hesitate to get back to me.
