Coming to Paris for a month in April-May 2011

I would love to find an exchange or apartment rental for 4-6 weeks starting somewhere in the first half of April and going until May 13th 2011
There are many areas of Paris I love, but if possible on this trip, my first choice would be an apartment in Butte Montmartre, on either the ground floor or in a building with a lift. Love Latin Quarter, or near the museums as well as many other places, but on this trip I would so love to remember who I am, which would likely mean living as a writer and artist. Going to the store and getting produce and all of that.
I am a senior so too many stairs and I don't do all that well together.
Have a great place to offer for an exchange if someone is in the mood. Have a 900 sq. ft. guest house in the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington, facing a pond, fir trees, the ocean and Canada. A great place to bring kids in the spring, summer and fall. I do not need a direct exchange. Be happy to send you some photos of you are interested or would love to know of a great company to find a great location for not too much money.
If I wasn't such a dunce when it comes to learning a language and so impossible to memorize anything, I sure would consider being there, period.
If anyone knows of a great alternative doctor I should know about while in France let me know. I already know of a wonderful Jewish Temple where the services are in French, Hebrew and English.
Anything you can tell me I should know please let me know, and let me know if would like to come my way.

For the housing exchange, you might want to try FUSAC. - It's an English language want ad magazine in Paris.

Alternative doctors may be hard to find as they aren't normally covered by the French health system and the French tend to be a thrifty lot. An osteopath is roughly what you know as a chiropractor in the US - and there do seem to be plenty of those around. You may want to check the list of English speaking doctors on the US Consulate in Paris website.
