Hi,
I am an American expat in France. I am having a very hard time getting my usual health food ingredients here, such as quinoa, chickpea flour, nut butters, or flax seed.... Does anyone have a good French website for this, or can recommend a good shop in Paris?
Thank you so much,
Nina

Quinoa is starting to appear in the "bio" section of some of the big hypermarkets, like Carrefour and Auchan. You could also check around for a Bio-coop store. These are starting to pop up in the Paris area and while not exactly health-food stores, they do seem to carry many of the products you would expect to find at a health food store.
Cheers,
Bev

There are even Bio markets in Paris.
Paris 6e
- Marché Bio du Boulevard Raspail
- rue de Rennes à Sèvres Babylone
- Le dimanche matin de 8h à 13h
- Marché 100% biologique
- C’est le marché le plus chic et le plus cher de Paris, mais on y croise des stars et ça, ça n’a pas de prix !

Paris 11e
- Marché du Boulevard Richard Lenoir
- Le dimanche
- Marché partiellement biologique

Paris 12e
- Marché Cour de Vincennes
- Le samedi matin
- Marché partiellement biologique

Paris 14e
- Marché Bio Place Constantin-Brancusi
- Le samedi de 9h à 14h
- Marché 100% biologique

Paris 15e
- Marché rue Saint Charles
- Le vendredi matin
- Marché partiellement biologique

Paris 17e
- Marché Bio du Boulevard des Batignolles
- Le samedi de 8h à 14h
- Marché 100% biologique

Paris 20e
- Marché de la Place de la Réunion
- le dimanche matin
- Marché partiellement biologique

Quinoa is everywhere, even where you donot want it. Chocolate for instance.

Good luck
