dear forum,
the advice here has been spectacular. merci boucoup . I am searching for the right year round , warm location to purchase a bed and breakfast or small inn. looking to add on an anti aging health spa. would anyone know the right French government agency that has demographics as to where the greatest need is for this type of business? preferably, either in central or southern France I am thinking, aix en Provence ? Arles?, marseille?st.maxim? Loire valley?Toulon?, can anyone point me to a place that has the facts or has an opionion based on their own experience . I am already working with an immobilier based in Cannes, from imovest. that being said, I would like to hear from an idependent third party. I particularly want to work with the french agencies to address their needs in supporting tourism for a particular area. I akso would love to find a mom and pop run bed and breakfast/ inn where they might be ready to become a pensioner. this would be the optimum . Thank you in advance for your post. tom |
