Default work visas for non EU members

Hi all,

I have been offered a contract by my current employer (HQ in France, i work in office in South Africa), but the problem is that i need to start in 2 months!

does anyone know af any way i can get a working permit/visa in such a short time?? I know the French admin system is quite strict and slow, and was just wondering if there are other solutions to the problem?

Any help or ecperience will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi!

Normally your new firm should be aware of the problem and have solutions.

I agree. Usually the employer is aware of the regulations and will have paper work ready. You definitely want to check with them as soon as you can. Ask your employer what they need you to do in regards to paperwork.
