looking to move to toulouse or bordeaux

hello, any good tips where to start looking and what ill need to do and avoid when looking for property/ removals/ pet travel?

Toulouse is in the process of changing the system and centralizing all town halls as i understand, we found a house in july, no loans, purchased it but waited until october to finally get the papers., the area is worth it if you have kids.

That what im going to find hard to do and be patient, im not a patient lady and most processes take a looong time to get sorted in France it seems.
