Time for the big move....

....after over a year of looking at websites, visiting places all over france, viewing houses/fields/shacks/building sites, me and my boyfriend, Martin, think we have found the perfect place from which to run the holiday business we have both dreamed of and to follow some other dreams.

The place we have found is in the Lalinde area, outside of Bergerac in the Dordogne. We have been to the area three times but it would be useful to have some other peoples perspectives on it? I have two horses which are a huge part of my life, we are both in our mid 20's but preffer a quite life with eating out and socialising with friend over 'clubbing'.

It would be great to see if anyone has any strong feeling about the area (good and bad welcomed!).
