Finding Fish

Hi all, We love the regional cuisine of the Aveyron and are blessed with exceptional markets such as Maurs but one of the difficulties we have encountered in Aveyron is finding good quality fish and game meats. That which we have found is generally of poor quality and very expensive compared with the choice and costs we were used to in the UK. There is always the option to hook up the in car fridege and spend a few days either on the west coast or down in Sete on the Med both having exceptional fish at very affordable prices (not to mention great settings in which eat it!) but can anyone point us to either an online provider or someone in the Aveyron? Any advice is greatly apprieciated.
