Does anyone know where one could go to buy second hand furniture in or around the 17th?

Also any idea of where to hire a van to move furniture?

The Super U chain rents out self-drive vans at a reasonable rate.

Go to the Pages Jaunes website (PagesJaunes : Annuaire des professionnels) and enter "brocante" for "quoi" and "Paris 17" for "Oł" and you should turn up 7 or 8 brocanteurs in the 17, plus another 12 in the surrounding area.

At least one of them offers free delivery.
