Need to know best place to advertise a new business to expats in France

I have launched a new product for kids and I live in Paris but want to be able to publicise it ( very cheaply too!).

Has anyone used expat magzines and/ or other publications to generate internet sales in france?

All help would be much appreciated.

Well, if you take out a premium membership here, you could put an ad in the French classifieds section of the forum. Click on the blue and yellow "Premium" icon on the right side of the page for details.

If your product is targeted at the expat audience, talk to the various expat associations in and around Paris. Most of their membership magazines and newsletters take advertising - and you might be able to do something for them as a program (i.e. presentation or sponsor) that would help you get the word out about what you're doing.
