Does anyone know any good websites for short-term accomodation in Paris that you can book from overseas? French or English.

What sort of short-term accommodation are you looking for? A regular hotel? Suites-hotel? or a furnished apartment situation?

If it's a furnished apartment, check the agency ads in FUSAC F U S A C Ultimately, you have to deal with the individual rental agencies, but it's a good compilation of sources.
