Default Long Term Let In Provence

Hi All,

Well we're getting close to our move now!

Very excited

We've decided that it is smartest to rent someplace for 6 months first whilst we find our dream home :-)

So does anyone know of someone we can rent a minimum 2 (prefer 3/4) bedroom place from near to or around Aix en Provence.

We're looking for 6 months starting from November the 1st. I need fast internet and fully furnished as all our stuff will be in storage.

not sure what the protocol is but you can either PM me or reply here :-)

or

if you know of the best website to go looking on then I'm all ears!

Thanks guys

Neil

Hi Neil,

We have a 3 bedroom villa in Pont Royal Golf & Country Club in Mallemort less than a 30 minute drive from Aix that is available for a long term let. It is fully furnished and internet is available onsite - you just need to sign up. Any questions please call me on Ireland 353-1-6290527.
Regards.

Una

Depends on how much of a check they do on the credit of a potential renter. Hard to have the income to support a place if you don't have a job, which requires a visa/carte de séjour.
Cheers,

There are a couple of other links to useful sites on a similar thread I posted. I don't know how to put a link to it but I think you'll find it by searching my posts?

We are moving to France the same day as you, and booked our crossing this afternoon. Checking the box for "one way" was, to say the least, weird. All kinds of emotions.
