Moving from Brest to Brive la gaillarde does anyone live their????

Hi there

I don't live in Brive, am about 50 minutes away. The airport has not opened yet, but it is moving along SLOWLY, there is a runway now LOL

As for english food, Mmmmmm, Carrefour have a selction of english products, but hey, when in France, eat French :-)

Are there any places where it's more likely to meet expats? bars etc? Or, with no connection, any interesting places you think worth knowing? (I know it's kind of general but just in case you have something in mind)
And, perhaps, you have heard of any job possibilities for English speakers or any advices in this area? I have basic level of french (which will improve soon, hopefully).
