Default Learning French

I would like know where we can learn to speak French, we live in Derby and have had 1 course at evening school, but the courses are now fully booked and wondered if anyone has any thoughts as to where we can try.

We are looking to move to France in May-June 2010 so we need to learn very soon.

We have looked in yellow pages, paper, and on the internet, but no luck in our area.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Regards
Michael

Try Rosetta Stone. It's not the best way to learn, but it is a wonderful substitute especially if you have limited access to classes in your area.

I second that. This is what my hubby is doing. However, he does sometimes need my explanation when something doesn't make sense.

But it is a good starting point! You might want to do some sort of trial and see if this kind of teaching fits you.
