Looking for a summer job in the south of france. Studying Frenchfor 5 years now.

Hi everyone,
I am a student just out of college, Planning to relocate to the South of France for a period of time, Irish economy isn't looking the best at the moment. I have been studying French for 5 year, and have spent time as an foreign exchange student in France. I would be grateful if people knew any Hotels, Bars, Activity centres, etc. that employ people that have english but can also speak French.
Or if anyone knows any good recruitment sites in French or English.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As long as you have EU nationality and thus won't have to worry about visas and work permits, you may want to consider checking in with the local temp services (Interime or something like that in French) - ADA, Manpower, etc. There are lots of office jobs available where they want someone with "excellent English" and/or knowledge of the "anglo-saxon" accounting system. (Which isn't all that different from the French accounting, just don't tell the French that! ) Plus, the offices need coverage for employees off on their summer holidays, but don't want to bother with long-term employees they can't get rid of.
