Default Brive to Limoge Airport Stranded Teenager

Any advice apreciated. My 18 year old has come off his bike on the way home. Had a call about 3 hours ago: At Brive hospital with broken foot, no money and slightly less skin. Transferred dosh but trying to work out to get hime home.

There appears to be a flight from Limoge to Southampton (no flights direct to Bristol until Sat) and I think there is a train from Brive in the morning but trying to work out how you get from Limoge train to the airport. I m=imagine walking is going to be painful.

I can't get hold off him at the moment so I imagine still sitting in hospital restaurant, so could really do with working out if this is possible.

Any thoughts would be great

Sorry about your son's accident. I copied this info from tourisime-hautevienne.com

"Airport shuttle to center of Limoges : during summer, from June 15 to September 30, with an air conditioned vehicle with 8 seats; this shuttle passengers direct deposit Place Jourdan (halfway between the tourist office and train station) Chamber of Commerce and industry Limoges. The ticket purchase is made directly from the driver. 2-5 daily flights are planned. Hours depending on flight arrivals, for more information..."

However, when I clicked through to the link below I only found info on special taxi fares. Looks like 23 euros with pick up in front of the train station. The welcome desk at the train station can probably direct your son. Hope this helps a bit. Bon courage, Charlot

Sad news

Flying to Paris or Bordeaux is easier. Bordeaux is real close (2.5 hours drive) from Brive
