Had a House viewing yesterday , Family came down looked over the place , loved it gave all the signs as wanting to buy it !!

Said it was just what they was looking for intend to bring the parents down tomorrow as its also there decision as they are joining forces to buy etc.

So i said well sure bring them tomorrow (today) no problem i said what time they said be at 12.00pm I said great "But look if you cant make it let me know as i have things to do , but will stay in until you have been " he says of course .. And ring me and let me know if your running late or cant come etc.. Sure he says course i will ..

Anyways today comes house tidied ready at about 11.30am we sit and wait and wait and wait 1.00pm goes 2.00pm goes by

Not a word !!!
So unless one of them has died they must be the rudest viewers we have had yet . not impressed at all

I would never do that if i say i will be at a time i will , or always ring and explain ..

It's the same everywhere, but if I am honest, I would never do this to anyone, I have expressed liking somewhere though, when viewing so as not to hurt feelings, but never said I woudl turn up again or review, just smiled shook hands and left and then told the agent no thanks.

Well its my turn now all most done with diy skiped car booted, charity shop,
new bed room carpets on wed big clean up then off to paphos for holis
put house up when get back .Hope some one likes it and sells fast.
not looking forward to this but if it gets me to cypus this year it will be worth it. fingers crossed.
