I think Dubai is not at all. I have not been with any other country like UK, USA etc. Please share your experience with the most BORING country of the world.

I think AFGHANISTAN is the most BORING country

Not if you happen to be a member of the armed services it isn't
I haven't obviously been to all countries in the world, but I doubt very much if any of them are boring .... There are some countries I have no interest in going to, but I'm sure they are not boring

Ditto, if you are going to a country you have never been to before there is no excuse to being bored. You can learn the language, see the sites, meet the people, learn about the culture... an endless list.

depends on your likes and dislikes anywhere can be boring at times then other times very interesting. havent found any country boring so far as long as there are books to read even if not in english then it is not boring
