Mnnn, I am not allowed to have any of those, irrespective of what they cost...in my house we write this list as follows:

sprite (1,5 litre) 2023kCalories (about 26 teaspoons of refined sugar)
Mars bar (small one) 456kC
hobnobs 340kC per single biscuit
bounty bar 387kC

that works out, for me to just about 6 hours on the threadmill...
