We are an exclusive Dental and Medical clinic opening in DIFC in October and currently recruiting for our Receptionists. Our patients will expect the best in customer care and efficiency to support their hectic work schedules and we are recruiting specifically to provide a premium service.

The role is multifaceted and will need a degree of flexibility with regards to responsibilities. Generally it will involve meet and greet of patients and clients, assisting the Medical professionals and team members, managing insurance claims and payment, dealing with confidential medical information, and all internal/external communications including all incoming enquiries and appointment

Ideally we are looking for energetic, well presented Expat ladies on husbands' visa who are looking for a sense of independence and value. A professional and positive disposition is essential, weight in propotion to height, a language (French or Arabic in particular) would be an advantage, changing diapers or picking up dry cleaning strictly not required!

Training will be given, and we are open to considering full or part time positions with flexibility. Would suit expat lady on husbands’ sponsorship

For your information the salary will be within the following range:

40hrs per week AED 4,500 - 6,500 depending on experience
20hrs per week AED 2,250 - 3,250 depending on experience

Employees who show dedication, loyalty and an ability to excel will be regognised and rewarded, and personal dental and medical treatment/attention will be provided in house.

The ideal candidate will have a confident personality, strong Customer service background, preferably with a second language ( Arabic or French prefered) and some medical or dental experience. Own sponsorship is also of benifit.

We are a small group of passionate and focused people with expensive experience in all our areas coming from the very best Companies and establishments, therefore we only wish to recruit the best to join our team.
