Default Fully Furnished House - Clifton Hill Melbourne, Australia - 1yr-2yr period

Hi,

Myself and my partner are moving to Europe to work for two years and would like to rent our house in Clifton Hill fully furnished.

It is a lovely 3 bedroom terrace home located in a one way street and extremely close to parkland and the Yarra River. With the city only a few km's away and the train station around the corner the location is excellent.

There is one large bedroom with a large walk in robe, and 2 smaller bedrooms with built in robes. One of these is set up as an office, but could be easily converted to a bedroom on request. There is one upstairs bathroom with toilet a large laundry and downstairs toilet. The ground floor contains a large living area and seperate meal area and new kitchen with dishwasher. There is a lovely paved rear courtyard, perfect for BBQ's. This is a low maintenance home that is ready to be enjoyed by someone who will respect and treasure it as much as we have!!!

Ideally this would suit a young professional couple, or someone who wanted a little more room than living in an apartment.

When we say fully furnished - we mean it comes with nearly everything!! + Air Con and ducted heating.

If there are any queries - please don't hesitate to contact myself and photo's will be sent on request.

Availability - FEB-MARCH 09

Default House for rent

My family and I (husband and two school-age children) will be moving to Melbourne in June also for 2 years. I will be on a sponsored visa through St.Vincents & Mercy hospital. We are looking to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom home. Your place sounds very nice. What rent will you be asking? We would like to bring our golden retriever...will you allow a dog?

I have a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom inner city apartment in Brisbane available for 3 years from March 09. I am heading off to Dubai for a 3 year contract so will be renting this out while I am away.
Please PM me if anyone wants further information.

Cheers

Great location for children's schools and excellent accessibility to nearby parkland and walking tracks. Dog is fine, but enclosed courtyard and the house is double storey. I currently work at St Vincents and transport by either tram or train is very easy. For more details on price and pictures feel free to email me.

Thumbs up Cost of Clifton Hill House -

Asking price of $750 per week. But for the right tenant willing to discuss payment options and possible deals. Where is the classifieds section on this site?
