Both are as easy as each other.
Easy for me to look on web and check out places/prices, and just as easy to pick up phone and ask.

This seems like a research question, I think. Personally I'd look on the website first but it would have to be good, with pictures of properties...that aren't all the same too! A website is a very important extension to a business and if I looked at it and thought it was not good I wouldn't use the company.

So if you are going to make one, make it top class, because if its not its more likely to loose you business than gain it.

Yes I agree Hopeful. I've also looked for places to rent online and then so often there is no picture of the place and you have no idea if it's worth it or not. Plus if the description isn't eye-cathing I don't even waste my time to go any further with it. So if the website is good and the business will definitely do well.

Slightly confusing English but I think I get what you mean mate

I've been regularly looking at Dubai Property for Sale and Rent, Jobs in Dubai, Dubai Classifieds at the rent/flat shares on there, seems the one most people post on, although they all seem to be for 'executive ladies' and not many for us blokes, is Dubai populated predominantly by executive ladies?

Once I get to Dubai going to go and check some of them out as I get 3-weeks in a hotel first. The company I am working for has a resettlement cell so I'm hoping they are going to help me in the right direction too.

How long does it normally take to get somewhere sorted? I'm not too picky really, just need somewhere to lay my hat.
