Looking for sublet or rental in August

Hello
I am an architect and writer, looking for a place to stay during my trip to Dubai from 11 August until 31 August. I was hoping to find someone who was leaving town during these hot weeks and would want someone to watch over their place.
I am writing a book on the architecture of Dubai and will be there for the research part of my work. I'm a non-smoker, American (living in Amsterdam) and am happy to share more about myself.
Can also take care of a cat or dog.
