Recently Arrived In Dubai

Hi Guys

I have recently arrived in Dubai and am dying to know what people get up to in this town on the weekends.They are my worst right now as the people I am staying with are in Europe on their summer hols and I am in this big house on the golf course all on my own .I like to explore and see new places but not too much fun on my own.Have been to the beach a fair bit and do not do the shopping malls.Like to be out and about.Have just come in from Johannesburg South Africa and usually on the weekends am playing tennis at the club or going to movies or hiking in the mountains or getting away for the weekend.Do not do the clubbing scene ,but a nice pub with a bit of character, now and again is cool.

Keep an eye out for Forum meet up's - I've managed to miss 3 of them due to work but hope to make the 4th one!
