Women being sponsored?

Hey again. Another question!
Looks like I might be able to get a sponsorship to work for a company in Dubai.

My question is.

Do I still need to get my marriage certificate authorised by the UAE consulate here before I go over.

My current situation is that my hubby got a job over there, and I was going to follow him and get him to sponsor me for residency.

HOWEVER.

If I get hired for a position and shipped over by the company, not sponsored by my husband, do I still need to go through all the red tape?

AND,
We will definately be living together, and married, and will have our marriage certificate with us, so if by some change we do get questioned, will our marriage certificate (unattested by the UAE consulate) be accepted?

Whatever your circumstances you should get the certificate attested. Situations can change so best to be covered.
