Cool Random questions...

Bonjour everyone! I have been reading through your posts very dilligently, and you guys are awesome at sharing information. Hoping I can do this somebody for the future waves of Dubai expats... Nevertheless, a few questions...

- How do you like the "Old Town" as a place to live?
Office are Sheikh Zayed Rd (One of the AlMoosa Towers...)

- How much am I budgeting for a car?
I don't intent to outright buy, thinking of financing, leasing.
What do you think? better to buy? Either case, what is my range for leasing costs? (in my dream world, I'd own a BMW M3...in reality, i'm very happy with a Civic...

That's it for now....looking forward to meeting some, many of you!!!

Hello & welcome

Bizarrely the Old Town is a new area. I haven't been there, but I am told it is nice if fairly expensive.

Whatever your long term plans for a car, lease initially. Dhs 2,000 per month should get you a reasonable mid range car to start with.
