New in Dubai...looking for apartment for rent

Hi All,

We have recently been relocated from India to Dubai. Currently we are on a house hunting spree. We are a family of three that includes a child 2 year old. My husband's office is in DIFC. We are planning to take up a house in Old Town. We saw couple of houses in South Ridge and Residences. In south Ridge we saw a 3 bedroom plus a maids room apt and in Residences its a 2 bedroom apartment.

I would like you all to suggest as to what apartmentsand the size are better for a family like us and is the area we are thinking of suitable to us. Also any particular comparison between these 2 apartments. Kindly suggest a place taking into account the nursery for my child. Also let me know of any good nursery near that area and when do the admissions start. Would like to have an early help as have to confirm about those houses asap. It seems that the apartments in this area are getting rented out really fast. Also if there is another area which would suit us, kindly let me know.
