Default What's that fragrance?

I've noticed a lot of Emirati men wearing a very distinctive, musky/spicy fragrance that I don't recognise from anywhere. Does anyone know what it is and where to find it?

Probably Oudh (aka Oud) of some sort. In all the malls you will find shops specialising in Arabic fragrances. Just go in & ask and the staff will explain what they stock.

Lovely, thanks! It's too masculine as a perfume, but I think it would make a nice room fragrance if it was balanced with something citrus or floral.

if you a bloke just walk through mall of emirates and every shop has staff out the front trying to splash some smelly fragraces on you to make a sale.
females get same treatment from perfume shops.
Its a cheap way of going out smelling nice

There's a huge number of different kinds of these fragrances...

A large number of shops who sell them too including Abdul Samad Al Quarishi .... Al Rasasi... Ajmal and Areej to name but a few (all of them have branches in MOE)...

The prices for these fragrances vary starting at AED 50 going through to AED 5,000 or even more!!!!
